Subject: Searching for a long lost Northern Lights

Hello. I hope this was the best place for this. I need someone’s advice that really knows sensi’s strains, possibly even The Seed Banks’ as well. Approximately 15 years ago I was gifted 3 clones. I was told they were Afghani, Northern Lights, and Hindu Kush. My friend’s brother brought the seeds back from Amsterdam and I assumed they were from sensi seed bank. I recently bought a pack of sensi northern lights and none were like the plant I had. The one they called Northern Lights grew slightly taller than the afghani. The leaves were fat and overlapped at first like the afghani but eventually spread a bit and no longer overlapped. They were also a little longer than the afghani leaves. It took about 45-50 days to flower, had light green buds and really thick, short light orange hairs. The trichs were huge and everywhere, probably the most impressive looking plant I’ve ever seen. Very solid and well defined, almost looked sculpted. The taste was like a creamy hash, there wasn’t a lot of flavor but what it had was thick and good. Is it possible I need to try more than one pack or do you think this “northern” was actually a cross of some sort? They always used to say it was a three way hybrid. The thing that contradicts the sensi NL is there was claimed to be a bit of sativa in it. Any suggestions or ideas of the best way to go about finding the plant described?
