Hi, I have recently purchased some cold pressed hemp seed oil for cooking with and having done a little research it appears ive stumbled across a superfood! apparently its really rich in omega 3, 6 and 9 and contains the perfect balance for humans, its high in polyonsaturates contains massive amounts of trace elements needed for a heathy body and is beneficial for the immune system, for hair and skin, for joints (excuse the pun), for cholesterol balance, circulation and more!
I was just wondering has anyone any experience with this oil and is it indeed as good as they say. Ive read that instead of cooking with it (it makes the most amazing bacon buttys!) people are just taking it as a supliment straight from the bottle, I was wondering how much per day should be taken? Ive been taking 15ml per day straight from the bottle for 2 weeks now, and I dont know if im just imagining it but I usually ache a lot from my work but this week ive been MUCH better, and this week my familly were ill with colds yet i got away with it quite mildly, just a coincidence?
