Question – PM and lactobacillus acidophilus

So I just learned of this trick not too long ago, of culturing lactobacillus acidophilus for preventing powdery mildew.
Now I have a question about continuing the culture:

So I’ve washed my rice, mixed the water with milk, let it sit, separated the "milk", and used 95% of my "clear" liquid.

Now, would it be better to simply toss the culture and start fresh with new rice (goes against what I think would work) and begin anew,

Or can I just mix this liquid with some water and milk 1 part to 3 parts to continue the original culture?(what I think would work fine)

Or would this be inadvisable for some reason? (if so, what reason?)
