Recently, I’ve been talking to one of my friends who smokes about 1-2 packs of cigarettes a day about the idea of electronic alternatives. He expressed to me that he’s always been interested in trying one, but he has never had the chance. For a while now, I’ve seriously considered getting him one for his birthday, and whether he uses it, converts over completely, or never touches the thing, at least he has the option.
However, this buddy of mine is also a fan of the herb. And he has no qualms about mixing Mary with bacco, whether it be in joints or bongs. Therefore, when I was toking on my MFLB last night, it hit me hard. I was stoned. And then I had an idea. :smoke:
Considering the fact that Health Canada has made it somewhat difficult to get nicotine-containing e-liquid for the e-cigs, might it be a more worthwhile investment to buy my friend his very own MFLB instead. With it, he can vape all the bud he could dream of, but he’d also be able to vape his rolling tobacco. From what I heard, you need about 1/6 the amount you would put in a cigarette, but MFLB as a company has even stated in their FAQ that their product can be utilized with tobacco. Plus, rolling tobacco is far easier to obtain than that liquid, plus I can bring up some nice tobaccos from the U.S. when I pop by on vacation.
TL;DR = I want to buy an MFLB for a friend so that he can vape both weed AND tobacco. Has anyone tried this before? And can anyone who knows tobacco comment on the effectiveness of it compared to an e-cigarette? Finally, if you’re vaping the two within the same box, but you either pure loads of one or the other, will there be any bit of taste mixture from left over residues?
Also, bonus question so I don’t have to make a new thread: MFLB says not to use concentrates, including kief, in the box. I understand why: it can melt and clog the screen. However, kief comes from bud, so bud has kief on/in it. You can put bud in the MFLB… so, if I was to put a good amount of ground up material in, can I sprinkle in a little kief? Or is that still a big no? Via (only registered users can se the link, login or register)
