Just a little advice I’de figure I would share that was given to me by one of my cousins. I know it may not always be done this way; in fact not even most of the time but here goes. My cousin told me to smoke when I accomplished something, however small it was, and not to smoke after a depressing/stressed moment. This allows you to feel it more as a reward then something that has negative vibes connected to it.
Now I’m not saying dont smoke when you’re down and out, thats your preference, but at least give it some thought about the problem before you do!
