Going On Retreat

Something will all need to do, but very few ever get to experience. Anyone could if they wanted to, but most choose other ways, not realising the huge benefit doing something like this can bring.

But a retreat doesn’t have to mean going to an Ashram or similar for a period of time, it could be as simple as spending a few hours by yourself in the woods or some other favoured peaceful spot in nature.

Cannabis helps turn this time into a real meditation and feeling of presence. Yet some people never do these things, and many simply remain inside their house and retreat that way.

There’s another option.

Many will have heard of Eckhart Tolle. Some will have read his books, and there is much to find on youtube. His Retreats have a quality that isn’t found very often, especially if you listen on headphones. There are some real interesting ones there. Here are a few:

But they are not the best way of experiencing him, nor can you find one of my favourites The Journey into Yourself as a complete track.

So, for anyone wanting to experience a retreat properly, without having to physically go to one, and is prepared to set aside time to do so (it’s over 10 hours in total, recorded over 3 days), I can share something.

May it bring you stillness, peace, and understanding.
